Virga Fit is a one-of-a kind boutique private training studio. We specialize in one-on-one personal training, small group training, & nutrition. We have developed our training methods by working with a variety of people, athletes, and age groups for over 17 years, and we are constantly adapting our programs to meet the needs of our clients. Whether you are brand new to working out, a life long fitness enthusiast, or a youth or professional athlete we will develop a program that will challenge you and take you to the next level!
